Listed below are the expected minimum requirements to be able to become a Social media account director which link to what ive been talking about previously.

 Etiquette

Etiquette is the act of using polite behaviour and managing this to ensure that when around a mass population of people you are showing a good impression of yourself as one of society.

Etiquette is important when working in a business because it can mean the difference between getting a promotion or demotion. If you are serious about your job and you are serious in how you act politely to your boss you will likely take their favour and they will have more chance of promoting you over someone else.

Using Etiquette can help others complete their job roles in a couple ways. One job to look at would be customer service. By having an employee show good etiquette you are helping the customer feel welcomed into the situation where they may not feel comfortable and therefore showing a good spirit.
